SOAP (School of Apostolic Pioneering) is a new school in YWAM that will help you to understand the essentials to answer these questions. It is an intensely practical 12 weeks that will effectively equip you. This school is for those who want to seriously change the world and impact the nations through the multiplication of YWAM ministries and bases worldwide. Topics include: Principles of Pioneering / What is YWAM's calling and anointing? (Loren Cunningham) Understanding, Surviving & Thriving within a YWAM Base (Sarah Lanier) Recruiting & Fundraising (Sean Lambert) Attributes of a "Base Leader" and Leadership Structures (Alejandro Rodriguez) Understanding the Apostolic & the Strategic (Fred Market) We will also be hearing about Proven Leadership Principles, Spiritual Mapping and Preparation, and Effective Multiplication of Movements from other teachers such as David Hamilton and Dean Sherman. (not all speakers are confirmed) New Track: Mission Adventures An opportunity for first-hand experience in creting a Mission Adventures program for your base. Learn everything to sucessfully run this amazing short-term mobilization program for groups. In this track you'll learn how to: - Recruit Teams
